Table set with wine glasses and a plated dish in warm light

English

A seasonal bistro in the old town of Sierre

A small restaurant in the Bourg district, in the Valais wine country. Short menu, local wines, lunch served in an hour. This page sums up the essentials.

Welcome to Table du Sarment

We cook what the season and the local growers provide. The menu stays short on purpose, so that everything is prepared fresh on the day.

At lunchtime there is a set menu for people who are in a hurry: orders taken until 1.30pm, bill ready when you leave. Evenings are slower, with four courses and Valais wines chosen to go with them.

Book by phone, or through the form on the French pages. We speak French, German and English.
